• Jo Ellen Hoover was charged Oct. 1 with trafficking in a schedule 1 controlled substance, 4 counts; offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, 2 counts; and trafficking in a schedule 1controlled substance.

• Ron Lowell Hoover was charged Oct. 1 with trafficking in a schedule 1 controlled substance, 4 counts; offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, 2 counts; and trafficking in a schedule 1controlled substance.

• John Michael Jonker was charged Oct. 1 with trafficking in a schedule 1 controlled substance, 4 counts; offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, 2 counts; and trafficking in a schedule 1controlled substance.

• Jack Graham Gallego was charged Oct. 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device.

• Kimberly Ann Brake was charged Oct. 3 with vagrancy lodging.

• Burl Benner was charged on Oct. 7 with obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person to harm or impersonate person, to obtain certain nonpublic records or for other unlawful purpose.

• William Dean Wade was charged Oct. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol; stop required on signal of peace officer; basic speed.

• Ulises Enriquez-Contreras was charged Oct. 8 with vehicle entering or exiting controlled –access highway: duty to yield right-of-way; driving without a valid license.

• Gloria Jean Chadwick was charged Oct 9 with breach of peace and obstructing a public officer.

• John Franklin Thomas was charged Oct. 9 with battery.

• Alexander James Jagt was charged Oct. 9 with unlawful use of a controlled substance; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; basic speed; security for payment of tort liabilities required; certain unlawful acts; safety belts and shoulder harness assembly and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.

• Malachi James Taylor was charged Oct. 9 with unlawful use of a controlled substance; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; basic speed; security for payment of tort liabilities required; certain unlawful acts; safety belts and shoulder harness assembly and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.

• Andrew Todd Goodey was charged Oct. 10 with unlawful use of a controlled substance.
