• Keri Lynn Rash was charged on Nov. 13 with obtaining or possessing credit card without consent of cardholder, two counts and fraudulent use of credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit account or debit card; presumption of knowledge of revocation of credit card or debit card, nine counts.

• Steven K. Bant was charged on Dec. 2 with duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property.

• Tiffany Lynn Booth was charged on Dec. 3 with obstructing a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device.

• Luiz Alberto Carrillo-Carbajal was charged on Dec. 3 with obstructing a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device.

• Jo Ellen Hoover was charged on Dec. 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jesse Wayne Alvineda was charged on Dec. 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• Daniel Glenn Neubauer was charged on Dec. 6 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Debra Anne Hagler-Rizzo was charged on Dec. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol and basic speed.

• Carlos Ibarra-Roque was charged on Dec. 6 with assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.
