Golden Gaming offers new swipe and win kiosk

Local gamblers will soon reap the rewards of a new partnership created between Golden Gaming Group and a gaming technology company.

Though “Tech Results” provides consulting and network engineering services, the company’s main focus is providing software solutions for casino management.

Officials this month say they are rolling out a brand new promotions entity known as “Total Promo,” a ticketless promotions system.

Tech Results President, Lars Klander believes the exclusive relationship with Golden Gaming in Nye County, will create very exciting partnership opportunities for new multi-site promotions.

“As we look into the first quarter of 2014, we are expecting big guest benefits, solid returns and some exciting new concepts coming to life. We are really looking forward to where the relationship will take both companies in the future,” he said.

Jeremy Jenson, General Manager of Golden Casino Group, said he is excited to expand on the present relationship with the tech company.

“The release of the all new rewards box kiosk is an exciting time for our three Pahrump properties. Our 500-plus team members take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. The user-friendly kiosks will complement that experience by increasing daily promotions via swipe and win offers,” Jensen said.

The all-new “Rewards Box” kiosks will make their debut at the Pahrump Nugget Hotel /Casino, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino and RV Park late this month.

All three properties will feature daily “Swipe and Win” promotions through the end of the year offering guests the opportunity to win free slot play, restaurant comps and other prizes. Participants need to have a player’s card.

In 2011, Golden Casino Group became the largest employer in Pahrump when Golden Gaming purchased the Terrible Herbst property on Highway 160 and the Lakeside property on the south end of town.

Tech Results was established in 1998 and is headquartered in Las Vegas with regional offices in Shreveport, La., and Sydney, Australia.
