• Emily Louise Engelken was charged on Feb. 7 with purchase, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor.

• Jonathan Ross Moncada was charged on March 28 with grand larceny of motor vehicle and offense involving stolen vehicle.

• Ronald Earl Westcoatt was charged on March 31 with vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’, driving without a valid license and placement of certificate of registration; surrender upon demand of peace officer.

• Robert James Walsh was charged on March 31 with unlawful acts related to human excrement or bodily fluid, injury to other property, battery by a prisoner, six counts.
