• Jennifer Lynn Gale was charged on Dec. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol with accident.

• Sean Joseph Desmond was charged on Dec. 20 with domestic battery.

• Brett Iverson was charged on Dec. 20 with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled or prohibited substance thereby causing substantial bodily harm to another.

• Chloe Renee Jarvis was charged on Dec. 20 with possession of a controlled substance.

• April Maxwell was charged on Dec. 20 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.

• Sherry Ann Sterling was charged on Dec. 20 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.

• Timothy Scott DeRosia was charged on Dec. 20 with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, and vehicle entering intersection marked ‘stop’ or ‘yield’.

• Randy Gene Bevil was charged on Dec. 20 with trafficking in a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, unlawful use of a controlled substance, offense involving stolen vehicle, three counts, owning or operating premises on which illegally obtained motor vehicle is altered, destroyed, disassembled, reassembled or stored for certain purposes, and possession of instrument with burglarious intent.

• Refugio DeJesus was charged on Dec. 24 with coercion, kidnapping in second degree, domestic battery and obstructing a public officer.

• Thurman Isaac Andrews was charged on Dec. 30 with burglary, eight counts and multiple transactions involving fraud or deceit in course of enterprise or occupation, four counts.

• Samuel Allen Pringle was charged on Dec. 31 with obstructing a public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Andrea Louise Rumage was charged on Dec. 31 with offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense.

• Juan Eduardo Ramirez-Barajas was charged on Jan. 6 with battery by a prisoner and resisting public officer.

• Jeffrey John Bresnahan was charged on Jan. 3 with battery.

• Caryssa Lennox was charged on Jan. 3 with battery by a prisoner, three counts.
