District Attorney’s report

• Leslie Cecilia Vega-Giraldi was charged on Aug. 24 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device, all misdemeanors.

• Jeffrey Dennis Scott was charged on Aug. 31 with battery causing substantial bodily harm and mayhem, both felonies; assault upon an officer and battery upon a peace officer, both gross misdemeanors.

• Blair Vaughn Martin was charged on Sept. 3 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, a felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

• Lacey Nicole Olson-Ivy was charged on Sept. 3 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, a felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

• Kenneth Patrick Frizzell was charged on Sept. 3 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Jacob Aaron Elrod was charged on Sept. 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Jami Lee Hollinshead was charged on Sept. 8 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Darrin Niccolas Kirk was charged on Sept. 9 with violation of extended harassment/stalking protective order, a felony.

• Robert R. Batemon was charged on August 24 with petit larceny; offense involving stolen property; operating motor vehicle without registration or plate; security for payment of tort liabilities required; driving without a valid license; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Clifton Frank Trute was charged on Sept. 2 with overdriving/torturing/injuring/abandoning animals; failure to provide proper sustenance, a misdemeanor.

• Carlos Ibarra-Roque was charged on Sept. 4 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Xavier Coronado Zarate was charged on Sept. 4 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Donna Ann Hale was charged on Sept. 4 with battery and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Richard Escalante Gomez was charged on Sept. 8 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
