• Joseph Paul Bermudez was charged on Jan. 16 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Allen Paul Feir was charged on Jan. 16 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Jami Nichole Barbosa was charged on Jan. 20 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Jessica Diana Garcia was charged on Jan. 13 with failing to appear, a felony.

• Elizabeth Donnelly was charged on Jan. 16 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Byron Dean Wardlaw was charged on Jan. 16 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Dustin Leslie Pryor was charged on Jan. 16 with burglary, attempted burglary, and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies.

• Nora Villeda was charged on Jan. 15 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Brandon Lee Allen was charged on Jan. 16 with invasion of the home, burglary, grand larceny, grand larceny of firearm, and unlawful use of a controlled substance, all felonies.

James Curtis Valdez was charged on Jan. 15 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts, felonies.

• Shayne Allen Waters was charged on Jan. 16 with trafficking in a scheduled I controlled substance, ex-felon in possession of firearm, habitual criminal, all felonies; possession of dangerous weapon, two counts, gross misdemeanors; unlawful possession of a hypodermic device, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts and movement and signals for turning, all misdemeanors.

• Michael Andrew Gomes was charged on Jan. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended; operation of off-highway vehicle on undesignated paved highway; operation of off-highway vehicle on highway without required equipment; duties of operator of off-highway vehicle on highway; and unsafe turn or stop, all misdemeanors.

• Bryan Dale Pack was charged on Jan. 13 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Amanda Joy Harris was charged on Jan. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
