Gas prices in Pahrump even with 2015’s for first time this year
For the first time all year, gasoline prices in the valley have caught up to last year’s prices. After spending the entire year below 2015’s prices, the lowest average price of regular unleaded gas in Pahrump was even this year at $2.25 per gallon.
Statewide gas prices are doing far better price-wise than Pahrump, as the average price is 26.2 cents lower than 2015’s prices at this time.
Although the valley caught up to last year’s prices, it is still doing slightly better than the nationwide average, which sits at 2.4 cents higher than this time last year.
