Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Peter Dion Williams was charged on June 30 with failure to appear after admission to bail and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Christian Fernando Sesteaga was charged on July 24 with challenge to fight involving deadly weapon; battery (strangulation); burglary involving a firearm; battery with use of a deadly weapon; robbery; child abuse, neglect, or endangerment with a deadly weapon; grand larceny of firearm(s); ex-felon in possession of firearm(s); conspiracy; and habitual criminal, all felonies; unlawful trespass upon land; battery, two counts; and disturbing the peace, all misdemeanors.

• Marina Angelica Diaz was charged on July 24 with challenge to fight involving deadly weapon; battery (strangulation); burglary involving a firearm; battery with use of a deadly weapon; robbery; child abuse, neglect, or endangerment with a deadly weapon; grand larceny of firearm(s); ex-felon in possession of firearm(s); and conspiracy, all felonies; unlawful trespass upon land; battery, two counts; and disturbing the peace, all misdemeanors.

• David Roy Sutton was charged on July 24 with felon in possession of firearm(s) and habitual criminal, both felonies.

• Kevin Fernandez was charged on July 24 with battery by prisoner and burglary, both felonies.

• Aaron McLeroy Williams was charged on July 21 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Lacey Diane Lanier was charged on July 24 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Abel Murguia-Arambula was charged on July 24 with license plate lamp required and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Jessica Neala McFadden was charged on July 25 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Marlene Marvel Marcal was charged on July 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Marcelo Rene Morales Jr., was charged on July 25 with violation of temporary or extended domestic violence protective order, a misdemeanor.

• Haley Marie Lefferts was charged on July 25 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
