Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Stacey Dalene Fulton was charged on April 20 with burglary, two counts; theft; both felonies; and conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft, both gross misdemeanors.

• Branden Lee Hart was charged on April 20 with burglary and theft, both felonies; and conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft, both gross misdemeanors.

• Kenneth Avery Penner was charged on April 20 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; destroying evidence, a gross misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia; improper display of license plate(s); certain unlawful acts; driving without a valid license; driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; license plate lamp required; and security for payment of tort liabilities required, all misdemeanors.

• Janet Starcher was charged on April 20 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Tyler Gene Williams was charged on April 24 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• John William Radke was charged on April 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol; opening door of vehicle; having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle, all misdemeanors.

• Lauren A. Stevens was charged on April 24 with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

• Renee McFadden was charged on April 24 with prostitution, a misdemeanor.
