Nye County Animal Control Officer Levi Gregory checks the condition of an adult Boxer inside a parked car at Walmart on Monday. The dog, according to Gregory, was not in distress as the engine was running along with the car’s air conditioning. Gregory said the owner from Wyoming will be warned but not cited for their actions.
