Former sheriff’s deputy found guilty in bench trial

Royce Avena, a former deputy with the Nye County Sheriff’s Office, was found guilty on Wednesday by Judge Ron Kent of misdemeanor stalking and coercion after a bench trial in Pahrump Justice Court.
