Letter: Thank you to the Nye County Sheriff’s Office

On Dec. 22, 2016, a pit bull attacked my leashed dog in our yard. I yelled for help for 10 minutes, fighting the pit bull. It was a violent, bloody struggle.

The sheriff’s deputies caught the pit bull. They took my dog to the shelter to be put to sleep. I was all bloody and couldn’t drive.

Thank you NCSO!
