Chamber names hires new CEO
The Pahrump Valley Chamber of Commerce has selected Chris Erwin from MasterTech Computers as its new chief executive officer.
Erwin, who was chosen after the chamber’s search committee held interviews last weekend, will begin his duties as CEO on Monday.
Aside from his work in technology at MasterTech, Erwin also has a degree in marketing, which the chamber hopes will come in handy on the job.
He replaces Salli Kerr, who stepped down as CEO earlier this year but was recently elected to the chamber’s Board of Directors.
