District Attorney’s report

• Jeff Manuel Caraballo was charged on Nov. 30 with burglary, three counts; obtaining or possessing credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit card, credit account or debit card without consent of cardholder; and fraudulent use of credit card or debit card or identifying description of credit account or debit card, four counts, all felonies.

• Amber Nicole Balmer was charged on Dec. 3 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, security for payment of tort liabilities required and certain unlawful acts, all misdemeanors.

• Christopher Allen Franz was charged on Dec. 3 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Keith Norel Yoerger was charged on Dec. 7 with lewdness with a child under 14 years of age, child abuse and neglect, and sexual assault with a child under 14, all felonies.

• Zackery Allen Crabtree was charged on Dec. 9 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Zachary Michael Harper was charged on Dec. 3 with assault upon an officer, two counts; intimidating public officer; and injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle, two counts, all gross misdemeanors; resisting public officer, two counts; obstructing a public officer; purchase, consumption, or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor; and disturbing the peace, all misdemeanors.

• Hank Lee Hume was charged on Dec. 9 with failure to appear after admission to bail, a gross misdemeanor.

• Kelli CL Brewer was charged on Dec. 8 with battery on an older person, a gross misdemeanor and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Steve K. Grider was charged on Dec. 8 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Davon Ahmed Grant was charged on Dec. 8 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
