• Silvia Castillo was charged on Feb. 9 with assault with use of fowl, a misdemeanor.

• Anthony Gene Gray was charged on Feb. 10 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony and offense involving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Edwin Punzo was charged on Feb. 11 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, both misdemeanors.

• Cassandra D. DeBord was charged on Jan. 12 with unlawful possession of firearm; coercion; child abuse and neglect with prior conviction, all felonies; domestic battery, second offense; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

• Nicholas Silveira was charged on Jan. 28 with first degree kidnapping and coercion, both felonies; domestic battery, obstructing a public officer and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Jeremy Ray Robinson was charged on Feb. 11 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Jeffrey Donte Jones was charged on Feb. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Dr. Adam Quincy Hadland was charged on Jan. 28 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor.

• Brendan James Butterfield was charged on Feb. 7 with unlawful trespass upon land and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Ernest Joseph Ruis III was charged on Feb. 11 with failure of convicted person to notify local law enforcement officer of change of address, a misdemeanor.

• Mackenzie James Ross was charged on Feb.11 with battery, two counts, a misdemeanor.

• Brian Cory Espinoza was charged on Feb. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
