• John Patrick Gabriel Turner was charged on Oct. 14 with statutory sexual seduction, a felony.

• Jacob Christopher Gunn was charged on Oct. 20 with domestic battery (strangulation) and domestic violence, third offense, both felonies.

• Terry Lee Penoyer was charged on Oct. 14 with false imprisonment, child endangerment, both of which are gross misdemeanors, and domestic battery (strangulation), a felony.

• Louis John Landrau, III was charged on Oct. 10 with felony burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit petit larceny, both gross misdemeanors.
