Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Mitchell Robinson was charged on Sept. 11 with murder, a felony.

• Cody Joseph Bradley was charged on Sept. 19 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and obstructing a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Christopher Jay Riehm was charged on Sept. 18 with possession of instrument with burglarious intent, a gross misdemeanor; and attempted petit larceny and injury to other property, both misdemeanors.

• Christopher Roger Kruse was charged on Sept. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Cassandra Dawn Debord aka Cassandra D. Isi was charged on Sept. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Asa Hugh Coleman was charged on Sept. 19 with unlawful trespass upon land, a misdemeanor.

• Frank David Staniszewski was charged on Sept. 20 with left turn into oncoming traffic and driving under the influence of alcohol, both misdemeanors.

• Francisco Sanchez Gutierrez was charged on Sept. 20 with basic speed (31-40 miles per hour over limit and driving under the influence of alcohol, both misdemeanors.
