Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: May 4 – May 8. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — lasagna, garlic bread, spinach, pudding, soup;

Tuesday — chicken cordon bleu, parsley potatoes, carrots, fruit cup, soup;

Wednesday — pulled pork sandwich, squash, ice cream, soup;

Thursday — herb baked chicken, baked beans, corn, yogurt, soup;

Friday – BBQ, chili, pasta salad, cupcakes.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — Farmer’s Market, 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Creekside Hospice Seminar, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of May 4 – May 8

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, Brussels sprouts, layered salad, peaches;

Tuesday — chicken enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish rice, colorful salad, baked cinnamon custard;

Wednesday —Italian beef bake, peas and carrots, spinach salad, frozen vanilla yogurt;

Thursday — lemon and herb chicken, zucchini, scalloped potatoes, salad, applesauce, gingerbread;

Friday — ham and cheese omelet, hash browns, whole wheat toast and jam, oatmeal, mixed fruit.
