District Attorney’s report • Oct. 28

Editor’s note: Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello along with Deputy District Attorney Christi Kindel, issued the notice to withdraw charges on April 26, relating to Gumaro Mata.

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Gumaro Mata was charged on Oct.3 with failure of convicted sex offender to register with local law enforcement agency, a felony.

• Dallas Mitchell Snoke was charged on Oct. 17 with burglary and being an accessory to burglary, both felonies.

• Brittany Lynn White was charged on Oct. 17 with being an accessory to burglary, a felony.

• Jose Manuel Bautista was charged on Oct. 17 with sexual conduct between certain employees or volunteers and pupil; child abuse and neglect; sexual assault; and offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, first offense, all felonies.

• Bryan Scott Martin was charged on Oct. 18 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Matthew L. Lamb was charged on Oct. 18 with voluntary sexual conduct between prisoner and person other than employee or contractor or volunteer for prison, a felony.

• David Brian Jones was charged on Oct. 24 with offer, attempt, or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance, first offense, two counts; and possession of a controlled substance, two counts, both felonies.

• Erica McCrury was charged on Oct. 24 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Alice McCoullum was charged on Oct. 24 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Jana Lee Howard was charged on Oct. 21 with home invasion and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia and injury to property, both misdemeanors.

• Joseph Brandon Tarragano Jr., was charged on Oct. 20 with offense involving stolen vehicle and habitual criminal, both felonies; and possession of instrument with burglarious intent, a gross misdemeanor.

• Dean Deonte Lee was charged on Oct. 20 with eluding a peace officer, a felony; basic speed in a work zone; using handheld wireless communications device to type or enter text, send or read data, engage in nonvoice communication or engage in voice communications without use of hands-free device; driving through work zone; basic speed in a work zone; movement and signals for turning; signal for stopping or decreasing speed; and driving under the influence of alcohol in a work zone, all misdemeanors.

• Paul Andrew Gaxiola III was charged on Oct. 24 with injury to property, a gross misdemeanor; and disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor.

• Wesley William Cochran aka Wesley Roy Cochran aka Roy Wesley Cochran aka Roy Wesley William Cochran was charged on Oct. 17 with battery, crossing other than at crosswalk, intoxicated pedestrian on highway, littering, and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Brian Patrick Hern II was charged on Oct. 17 with conspiracy to obtain money under false pretenses, a gross misdemeanor.

• Crystal Marie Hern was charged on Oct. 17 with obtaining money under false pretenses, obtaining and using personal identifying information of a person to harm or impersonate person or for unlawful purpose, both felonies; and conspiracy to obtain money under false pretenses, a gross misdemeanor.

• Raymond Mann was charged on Oct. 20 with battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm, ex-felon in possession of firearm(s), and assault with a deadly weapon, all felonies.

• Bryce S. Weirauch-Caromano was charged on Oct. 20 with purchase, consumption, or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor, a misdemeanor.

• William D. Bergen was charged on Oct. 17 with assault on an older person, a gross misdemeanor.

• Russell Todd Koehler was charged on Oct. 14 with domestic battery and coercion, both misdemeanors.

• Caroline R. Dolezal was charged on Oct. 17 with driving without a valid license; possession of fictitious, cancelled, revoked, suspended or altered registration or plate; security for payment of tort liabilities required; obstructing a public officer; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts, all misdemeanors.

• Joseph Thompson was charged on Oct. 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic device, both misdemeanors.

• Tomas Sabastian Payan-Avina was charged on Oct. 18 with use of system providing telephone number to be used in emergency when no actual or perceived emergency exists, a gross misdemeanor.
