A Hairitage Styling Parlor

1520 E. Highway 372

775-283-8953

Age: 37

Years in business: 2

Background: “I have been a hairstylist at A Hairitage for the past six months. I have wanted to be a hairstylist since when I was six. I used to color my own Barbie’s hair with marker pens. Then recently, I woke up one day while managing a retail store and said, ‘I need to do this.’ My family has been in Pahrump since 1989. I went to high school here in Pahrump and got my GED and moved back to Pahrump in 2010. I would have been the class of 1997. I just recently found out I have a knack for doing wedding hair and coordinating wedding parties. I just love making people beautiful.”

Personal: “My husband and I love watching movies. I really love true stories.”

Business climate: “I love listening to people and what they want. I think I give them a thorough consultation. Not all hairstylists do. I love to learn about people and my clients and that personal connection with them. My goal is to have them smiling when they leave me. The best part of my day is when my client leaves me happy, with a smile on their face.

“I think that is part of the reason A Hairitage has one of the best ratings on Yelp.”
