Nye County District Attorney’s report

The public information below was provided by the Nye County District Attorney’s office.

• Eric Raymond Caldwell was charged on Sept. 26 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedule I or II), two counts, a felony.

• Christopher Jesionowski was charged on Sept. 22 with child abuse, a felony.

• Richard Jason Deutch was charged on Sept. 18 with injuring or tampering with a vehicle and injury to other property, both gross misdemeanors; and domestic battery; disturbing the peace, two counts; and injury to other property, all misdemeanors.

• Tony Wesley Holland was charged on Sept. 25 with interception, interruption or delay of message sent over telephone line and false imprisonment, both gross misdemeanors; and domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Ted Timothy James Barcley was charged on Sept. 26 with embezzlement, $25 or more and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.

• Enrique Dedios was charged on Sept. 18 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Donald Ray Sanderson was charged on Sept. 27 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Dante Jovan Tobener was charged on Sept. 26 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
