Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of March 28 – April 1. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Easter ham, yams, green bean casserole, fruit salad, scalloped pineapple dessert, soup;

Tuesday — herb baked chicken, parsley potatoes, mixed veggies, whole wheat bread, fruit cup, soup;

Wednesday — meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, salad, whole wheat bread, fruit cup, soup;

Thursday — chef salad, whole wheat roll, carrots and celery sticks, banana, cake, soup;

Friday – hamburger w/cheese, lettuce/tomato/onion, baked beans, fruit, soup;

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; bunco, 12:30 p.m., haircuts, 1-3 p.m.;

Wednesday — Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.; Blind Support, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Old Men’s Club breakfast, 7-9 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1–3 p.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 28 – April 1:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Roma burger, romaine lettuce, corn on the cob, baked beans, fresh fruit in season;

Tuesday — chicken stir fry, fried rice, broccoli, mandarin oranges, egg drop soup, vanilla wafer pudding;

Wednesday — spinach lasagna, steamed broccoli, garlic bread, garden salad, cherry-apricot granola cup, banana;

Thursday — BBQ pulled pork w/roll, oven fried potatoes, steamed green beans, Jell-O w/fruit, peaches;

Friday — Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal w/ raisins, fresh seasonal fruit

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 28 – April 1:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monday — apple topped pork chops, baked sweet potato, lettuce and tomato salad w/low-fat dressing, cracked wheat bread, Rice Krispie treats;

Tuesday — beef stroganoff over noodles, Brussel sprouts, pears, peach cobbler;

Wednesday — chicken enchilada, Spanish rice, refried beans, applesauce, birthday cake and ice cream;

Thursday — whole wheat pancakes w/syrup, scrambled eggs, melon;

Friday — CLOSED
