Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Feb. 8 – Feb. 12. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — beef stew, noodles, salad, biscuit, fruit cup, soup;

Tuesday — raviolis, zucchini, cake, soup;

Wednesday — stuffed pork chop, yams, lima beans / peas, salad, fruit cup, soup;

Thursday — shepherd's pie, spinach, muffin, banana, soup;

Friday – sweet garlic chicken, angel hair pasta, asparagus, cupcakes, soup.

 

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — August Services Personal Care Seminar, 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 – 3 p.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; 10 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

 

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Feb. 8 – Feb. 12

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — BBQ chicken, squash, cucumbers in sour cream, whole wheat roll, pear halves;

Tuesday — baked meat loaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, fruit cocktail;

Wednesday — tuna noodle casserole, mixed veggies, sliced tomatoes, whole wheat roll, peaches;

Thursday — spaghetti and meat sauce, squash, colorful salad, fat-free creamy Italian dressing, 7-grain bread, yogurt;

Friday — biscuits and gravy, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, fresh orange and banana, oatmeal.

 

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Feb. 8 – Feb. 12

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monday — beef hot dog, chili, sauerkraut, broccoli, mandarin oranges;

Tuesday — BBQ chicken, macaroni salad, green beans, baked beans, strawberries;

Wednesday — turkey chili, cornbread, mixed green salad, low-sodium, low-fat Italian dressing, ambrosia;

Thursday — spaghetti and meat sauce, steamed spinach, pears, garlic bread;

Friday — chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad, fresh orange.
