Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of April 18 – April 22. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Open-faced turkey sandwich, stuffing, peas, salad, cranberry sauce, orange slices, soup;

Tuesday — Stuffed pepper, spinach spaghetti, mixed salad, garlic bread, fruit, soup;

Wednesday — Orange chicken, rice, green beans, oriental salad, fruit, soup;

Thursday — Ham steak, peas and carrots, au-gratin potatoes, salad, Jell-O w/fruit, soup;

Friday – Lemon baked fish, brown rice, squash, salad, whole wheat bread, fruit, soup.

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 1 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 1-3 p.m.;

Wednesday — Senior Dimensions, 10 a.m.; JK Nelson Law, for apt. call 727-5008; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Old Men’s Club meeting 8 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Infinity Hospice Seminar, 10 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of April 18 – April 22:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Roma burger w/fixings, corn on the cob, baked beans, cantaloupe;

Tuesday — BBQ chicken, sour cream potato salad, baked beans, steamed spinach, fresh banana;

Wednesday — Pork chow mein, steamed rice, broccoli, mandarin oranges, birthday cake;

Thursday — Lemon baked fish, parley buttered potatoes, zucchini, Waldorf salad, whole wheat roll, fresh fruit;

Friday — Pancakes and eggs, bacon, oatmeal, mixed fruit, orange juice.

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of April 18 – April 22:

Two percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday — Lemon baked fish, long grain brown rice, green peas, tossed salad w/creamy Italian dressing, whole wheat roll, grapes;

Thursday — Beef stir fry, steamed white rice, beet salad, whole wheat bread, low-salt margarine, mandarin oranges.
