Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of June 20 – June 24. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday – Beef stir fry, rice, salad, oranges, soup;

Tuesday — Sloppy joe, peas and carrots, celery sticks, apple crisp, soup;

Wednesday — Low sodium ham steak, au-gratin potatoes, Normandy blend veggies, Jell-O w/fruit, Navy bean soup;

Thursday — Philly cheese steak sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad, carrots and celery sticks, fruit, soup;

Friday – Battered cod, rice pilaf, salad w/tomato, Brussel sprouts, oranges, split pea soup.

Activities

Monday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Wednesday — Humana, 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Old Men’s Club meeting, 8 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Friday — T.O.P.S. meeting, 7 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of June 20 – June 24:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Lemon baked fish, rice pilaf, mixed veggies, fresh fruit;

Tuesday — BBQ pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, baked beans, mustard greens, whole wheat bread, apples;

Wednesday — Turkey chili, cornbread, ambrosia, mixed green salad;

Thursday — Chicken tenders, oven fries, coleslaw, green beans, pears;

Friday — Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt w/fresh fruit, oatmeal.

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of June 20 – June 24:

Two percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday — Grilled chicken bratwurst, whole wheat hot dog bun, hot German potato salad, German slaw, fresh orange sections;

Thursday — Baked meatloaf, steamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lettuce and tomato salad, l/f French dressing, 100% whole wheat bread, peach butter, pineapple chunks.
