Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of July 18 – July 22. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday – Eggplant parmesan, spinach spaghetti, carrot raisin salad, garlic toast, fruit yogurt pie, soup;

Tuesday — Tuna noodle casserole, peas and carrots, salad, whole wheat bread, fruit cup, soup;

Wednesday — Low sodium chili dog, tater tots, salad w/tomato, ice cream w/strawberries, soup;

Thursday — Chicken fajita, Spanish rice, refried beans, corn, fruit cup, navy bean soup;

Friday – Lemon baked fish, broccoli stuffed potato, carrots, beet salad, whole wheat bread, oranges, soup.

Activities

Monday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Encompass Health Seminar, 10 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Wednesday — Senior Dimensions, 10 a.m.; JK Nelson Law, call 727-5008 for appt.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Infinity Hospice Seminar, 10 a.m.; haircuts, 1 -3 p.m.;

Friday — T.O.P.S. meeting, 7 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of July 18 – July 22:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Fish tacos, coleslaw, black beans, watermelon;

Tuesday — Roast beef Au Jus, steamed white rice, steamed baby lima beans, sliced tomatoes, oatmeal bran muffin, apple jelly, canned apricot halves;

Wednesday — Baked pork chop, herbed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, seven-grain bread;

Thursday — Barbecue chicken, roasted veggies, broccoli salad, cracked wheat bread, apricot butter, fruited gelatin salad;

Friday — Egg, ham and cheese bake, home fries, fresh orange and banana, yogurt.

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of July 18 – July 22:

Two percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday — Roast beef Au Jus, steamed white rice, steamed baby lima beans, sliced tomatoes, oatmeal bran muffin, apple jelly, canned apricot halves;

Thursday — Sweet and sour chicken, steamed brown rice, peas and carrots, fresh chopped spinach, fat-free Catalina dressing, whole wheat bread and low salt margarine, oatmeal date bar.
