The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Dec. 9– Dec. 13. 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — spaghetti &meatballs, green beans, soup, fruit cup;

Tuesday — open-faced turkey sandwich, corn, soup, cake;

Wednesday — country fried steak, mashed potatoes &gravy, glazed carrots, soup, ice cream;

Thursday — pork chops, stuffing, cauliflower, soup, pudding;

Friday — salmon patty, brown rice, broccoli, soup, bread pudding.

Monday — Senior Dimensions, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 9 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; Republican Women meeting, 7 p.m.;

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Dec. 9 – Dec. 13:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — orange chicken, rice, crab puffs, egg drop soup, surprise dessert;

Tuesday — tuna noodle casserole, asparagus, sliced tomatoes, dinner roll, gelatin dessert;

Wednesday — chicken enchiladas, pinto beans w/ ham, cheese shells, tortilla soup, apple and honey scones;

Thursday — stuffed pork chops, baked beans, applesauce, broccoli cheese soup, brownies;

Friday — biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt and peaches, o.j., coffee and tea.
