The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Dec. 23 – Dec. 27: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — baked ham, dinner roll, broccoli casserole, yams, fruit salad, cherry pie;

Tuesday — closed;

Wednesday — closed;

Thursday — Salisbury steak, potatoes au gratin, creamed peas, fruit;

Friday — cod, rice pilaf, asparagus, cake.

Activities

Monday — Christmas dinner, no activities;

Tuesday — closed;

Wednesday — closed;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Dec. 23 – Dec. 27:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — chicken parmesan, garlic bread, asparagus, steamed carrots; birthday cake;

Tuesday — baked ham with pineapple; scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, soup, dinner roll, honey almond custard;

Wednesday — closed;

Thursday — grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup, seasoned lima beans and peas, cinnamon pumpkin torte;

Friday — Breakfast: French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, country fries, yogurt parfait, coffee, orange juice, tea.
