Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Jan. 13 – Jan.17: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — apple smothered pork chops, stuffing, carrots, cake;

Tuesday — meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, pudding;

Wednesday — Italian sausage and peppers, Normandy veggies, apple crisp;

Thursday — philly cheese-steak, corn, ice cream;

Friday — battered cod, tater tots, peas and carrots, brownies.

Monday — exercise class, 10;30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; hair cuts, 9 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.; Republican Women meet, 7 p.m.;

Tuesday — crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; keeping a medical journal seminar, 9:30 a.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; United Healthcare team meeting, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; Stovall legal services, call 727-5008 for appointment;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Jan. 13 – Jan.17:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — baked liver and onions, red potatoes, corn, Chantilly fruit cup;

Tuesday — peppered bacon and tomato linguini, garlic bread, California blend veggies, fruit salad, oatmeal raisin cookie;

Wednesday — hamburgers, potato wedges, deviled eggs, Rice Krispie Treats;

Thursday — baked tilapia with garlic butter, French fries, cole slaw, orange sherbet;

Friday — Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, mixed fruit, coffee, orange juice, tea.
