Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Feb. 17 – Feb. 21: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — closed;

Tuesday — herb baked chicken, cauliflower, au gratin potatoes, cake;

Wednesday — shepherd’s pie, carrots, cookies;

Thursday — chicken yakisoba, rice, Normandy vegetables, pudding;

Friday — grilled cheese and ham sandwich, tomato basil soup, green beans, ice cream.

Activities:

Tuesday — crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; juice seminar, 9:30 a.m.; Shadow Mountain Players, 7 p.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; United Healthcare team meeting, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; Stovall legal services, call 727-5008 for an appointment;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Feb. 17 – Feb. 21:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — closed;

Tuesday — corn potato chowder, turkey sandwich, carrot raisin salad, strawberry shortcake;

Wednesday — beef stir-fry, lo mein noodles, beet salad, whole wheat bread, Mandarin oranges;

Thursday — turkey fajitas, wild rice, ranch-style beans, oven roasted tomatoes withchives, pineapple chunks;

Friday — Breakfast: eggs/cheese/ham breakfast sandwiches, home fries, oatmeal, orange juice, tea, coffee.
