Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Monday — Cajun baked cod, broccoli stuffed potato, garden salad, Caesar Italian dressing, lemon tart;
Tuesday — cheeseburger skillet, salad, balsamic viniagrette, dinner roll, fruit cocktail;
Wednesday — baked chicken tenders, potato wedges, beets in orange sauce, ambrosia, carrot and raisin salad;
Thursday — pepper steak, brown rice pilaf, tomatoes vinaigrette, Dutch apple cake;
Friday — Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt parfait, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, tea.
