Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Dec. 15 – Dec. 19. 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Italian sausage hash, dinner roll, cake, soup;

Tuesday — taco salad, corn, sopapillos, soup;

Wednesday — chicken alfredo, spinach, peach crisp, soup;

Thursday — beef stew, cornbread, peas, ice cream, soup;

Friday — spaghetti and meatballs, squash, soup, cake.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9:00 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — shopping day, 9:30 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m., Stovall legal services, call 727-5008 for appointment; Infinity Hospice seminar, “Conflict Resolution” 10 a.m.;

Friday — Exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m., poker, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Dec. 15 – Dec. 19:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — pork chops, brown rice, brown gravy, cauliflower and carrots, spice cake;

Tuesday — sloppy joes, onion roasted potatoes, spinach w/almonds, sugar cookies;

Wednesday — clam chowder, whole wheat roll, asparagus, gingerbread;

Thursday — beef rib roast, mashed potatoes w/gravy, steamed harvest vegetables, pie, warm apple cider, dinner rolls and fruit; ** Christmas dinner and gift exchange**

Friday — Breakfast – biscuits and gravy, ham chunks, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, tea.
