The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Dec. 22 – Dec. 26. 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — country fried steak w/ mashed potatoes, corn, soup, pudding;

Tuesday — baked ham, dinner roll, broccoli casserole, yams, fruit salad, cherry surprise, soup;

Wednesday — closed;

Thursday — closed, Merry Christmas! ;

Friday — closed.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9:00 a.m.; blood pressure checks, 9:30-11:00 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday — Christmas dinner at the Senior Center.;

Wednesday — closed;

Thursday — closed, Merry Christmas! ;

Friday — closed.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Dec. 22– Dec. 26:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, refried beans, tapioca pudding;

Tuesday — baked fried chicken, beets in orange sauce, carrot and raisin salad, bread w/apple butter;

Wednesday — baked ham, asparagus, baked potato w/ fixings, dinner roll, pumpkin pie;

Thursday — Christmas Day – closed;

Friday — Breakfast – breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit.
