The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Dec. 29 – Jan. 2. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — cheeseburgers, baked beans, soup, ice cream;

Tuesday — pork chop suey, rice, soup, fruit cup;

Wednesday — chicken cordon bleu, parsley potatoes, green beans, soup, cupcakes;

Thursday — closed, Happy New Year!

Friday — closed.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9:00 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — New Year’s Eve toast; a moment of silence in memory of our friends lost in 2014; shopping day;

Thursday — closed, Happy New Year!

Friday — closed.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Dec. 29– Jan. 2:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Turkey Divan, French fries, braised red cabbage;

Tuesday — spaghetti w/meatballs, squash, garlic bread, asparagus with red potatoes, cherry cheesecake;

Wednesday —BBQ pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, hot chocolate, bread pudding;

Thursday — New Year’s Day, closed

Friday — closed.
