The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: March 2 – March 6. Two percent milk and juice available daily:
Monday — country fried steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peach crisp, soup;
Tuesday — pork chops, stuffing, glazed carrots, fruit cup, soup;
Wednesday — stuffed bell pepper, rice, mixed veggies, ice cream, soup;
Thursday — breaded chicken, tortellini w/Alfredo sauce, spinach, cake, soup;
Friday – battered cod, tater tots, peas, brownies, soup.
Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; Cardiovascular Seminar, 9:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday — Creekside Hospice Caregiver Support, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.;
Wednesday — Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.,
Thursday — Creekside Hospice Bereavement Support, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;
Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.
Amargosa Valley Senior Center
The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 2 – March 6:
Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Monday — honey apricot chicken, wild rice, California blend vegetables, whole wheat bread, oranges;
Tuesday — herb-crusted pork chops, baked potato w/fixings, green beans, pear halves in juice, sugar cookies;
Wednesday —spinach lasagna, steamed cauliflower, garlic bread, cherry apricot granola cup;
Thursday — grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, glazed carrots, Chocolate Oreo Bomb Cake;
Friday — biscuits and gravy, sausage links, scrambled eggs, oatmeal.
