Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: March 23 – March 27. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — smothered burrito, mexicorn, churros, soup;

Tuesday — BBQ chicken, baked potato, creamed peas, bread pudding, soup;

Wednesday — pulled pork sandwich, tater tots, corn, applesauce, soup;

Thursday — cheeseburger, baked beans, ice cream, soup;

Friday – tilapia, rice, Brussel sprouts, cake, soup.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.;

Tuesday — Creekside Hospice Caregiver Support, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Advanced Resource Methods Solutions seminar, 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m., Blind Support, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday —Sen. Reid’s office Q & A, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 23 – March 27

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Hungarian goulash w/ spinach noodles, peas and carrots, whole wheat dinner roll, ambrosia;

Tuesday — chicken and dumplings, green peas, carrot and raisin salad, crackers, fruit cocktail;

Wednesday —Southwest penne and cheese, zucchini salad, garlic bread, chocolate chip cookies;

Thursday — tortellini and sausage in tomato cream sauce, steamed broccoli, dinner roll, Jell-O;

Friday — ham, egg and cheese sandwiches, salsa, strawberry cups, oatmeal.
