Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: April 6 – April 10. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Easter ham, yams, green bean casserole, scalloped pineapple dessert, soup;

Tuesday — chicken Alfredo with fettuccini, spinach, peach crisp, soup;

Wednesday — award-winning chili with hot dog, fruit cup, soup;

Thursday — bacon wrapped pepper, Spanish rice, corn, churros, soup;

Friday – eggplant parmesan with pasta, Normandy veggies, pudding, soup.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday —Creekside Hospice Caregiver Support, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Humana, 9:30 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of April 6 – April 10

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — Nachos with chips, hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, black olives, guacamole, Spanish rice, refried beans, chocolate chip cookies;

Tuesday — chicken and broccoli, fried rice, egg rolls, orange sherbet;

Wednesday —apple topped pork chops, baked sweet potato, blended veggies, Rice Krispies treat;

Thursday — hot turkey sandwich, peas and carrots, tomatoes vinaigrette, oatmeal raisin cookies;

Friday — pancakes, sliced ham, scrambled eggs, oatmeal.
