The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Jan 12 – Jan. 16. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — Salisbury steak, au gratin potatoes, peas, soup, fruit cup;

Tuesday — sweet garlic chicken/noodles, broccoli, soup, cake;

Wednesday — smothered burrito, mexicorn, soup, churros;

Thursday — pulled pork sandwich, potato wedges, zucchini, soup, pudding;

Friday – Tilapia, rice pilaf, Brussels sprouts, soup, cake.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Jan. 12 – Jan. 16:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — stuffed peppers, spinach spaghetti, mixed greens, garlic bread, sugar cookies;

Tuesday — Swiss steak, egg noodles, steamed broccoli, pineapple upside down cake;

Wednesday —red beans, rice and sausage; steamed squash, dinner roll, fruit cocktail;

Thursday — lemon baked fish, coleslaw, tortilla (optional), steamed carrots;

Friday — biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, pineapple.
