Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: May 18 – May 22. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — taco crunch, corn, churros, soup;

Tuesday — chicken Malibu, rice pilaf, carrots, fruit cup, soup;

Wednesday — pork chop, mashed potatoes, green beans, pudding, soup;

Thursday — meatball sub, mixed veggies, yogurt, soup;

Friday – BBQ, potato salad, cupcakes.

Activities

Monday — Creekside Hospice, blood pressure/glucose test, 9:30-11 a.m.; haircuts, 9 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — Senior Dimensions, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Cresent Hardy, office representative, 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday —Stovall Legal Services, call 727-5008 for appt.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Friday — Patient Care Health bp checks, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m., Memorial Day Service, 11 a.m., bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of May 18 – May 22

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — French dip, potato wedges, broccoli salad, pears;

Tuesday — oven fried chicken, Delmonico potatoes, green beans with red peppers and onions, wheat roll, strawberry gelatin;

Wednesday —spinach lasagna, garlic bread, steamed cauliflower, salad, cherry-apricot granola cup;

Thursday — grilled hamburgers with all the trimmings, potato salad, mixed relish tray, apple pie;

Friday — waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit cocktail.
