Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: Nov. 16 – Nov. 20. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — chicken parmesan, angel hair pasta, green beans, ice cream, soup;

Tuesday — hot pastrami sandwich, coleslaw, cake, soup;

Wednesday — apple smothered pork chops, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, fruit cup, soup;

Thursday — kielbasa, potatoes, sauerkraut, applesauce, soup;

Friday – meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, cake, soup.

 

Activities

Monday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; haircuts, 9 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Humana open enrollment, 10 a.m.; Nuclear Care Partners, 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — Hand Spa, 9:30–10:45 a.m.; S.H.I.P., 10 a.m.; United Healthcare COPD, 10 a.m.-noon; Senior Health, 1:30 -3 p.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Senior Dimensions open enrollment, 10 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

 

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Nov. 16 – Nov. 20

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — beef stroganoff over noodles, herbed carrots, apricot crisp, vegetable soup;

Tuesday — BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans, mixed green salad, pears;

Wednesday — tacos w/all the fixings, ranch beans, mexicorn, orange rice pudding, taco soup;

Thursday — meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies, garden salad, peaches, cookie;

Friday — biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit, orange juice.

 

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of Nov. 16 – Nov. 20

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monday — chicken fried rice, egg rolls, egg drop soup, mandarin oranges, fortune cookie;

Tuesday — fish and chips, coleslaw, melon, cookie;

Wednesday — ham steak, carrots, cauliflower, strawberries, brownie;

Thursday — sloppy joe, peas and carrots, celery sticks, apple crisp;

Friday — hearty chicken noodle soup, whole wheat roll, three bean salad, pears.
