Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of: June 15 – June 19. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — chicken cordon bleu, parsley potatoes, green beans, yogurt, soup;

Tuesday — Philly cheese steak, potato wedges, peas and carrots, ice cream, soup;

Wednesday — pork chop, stuffing, broccoli, pudding, soup;

Thursday — herb baked chicken, au-gratin potatoes, corn, peach crisp, soup;

Friday – Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, cake, soup.

Activities

Monday — haircuts, 9 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.;

Tuesday — Senior Dimensions, 10 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.;

Wednesday — United Healthcare Team Meeting, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; Cresent Hardy’s office rep., 10 a.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Infinity Hospice Seminar “Care for the Caregiver,” 10 a.m.; haircuts, 1 – 3 p.m.; Stovall Legal Services, call 727-5008 for appt.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; poker, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of June 15 – June 19

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — beef stroganoff with garlic noodles, green peas and carrots, garlic bread, cherry pie;

Tuesday — cheese tortellini, zucchini, lettuce and tomato salad, garlic bread, ambrosia;

Wednesday —taco casserole, Spanish rice, zucchini, pumpkin bread, churros;

Thursday — herb baked chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, steamed peas and carrots, brownies;

Friday — breakfast burrito, melon, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit.
