Jeanne Johansson

Pawsitively Pampered Mobile Dog Grooming

702-675-5980

Years in business: “I have been in the dog grooming business for 13 years.”

Background: “I went to school for this and I did this for six years in Las Vegas and seven years in Mesquite. I moved here in June and I have worked in the mobile grooming business for a year. I came out here to be in a smaller town and to be closer to my family in Las Vegas and I like that small town feel to Pahrump. I have an RV that is set up and totally remodeled for my business. I moved from Mesquite also because their economy was not growing like it is out here.”

Personal: “This may sound cheesy, but I like spending time on walks with my dogs when I am not grooming other dogs.”

First job: “My first job was in the fast-food business.”

Business climate: “The competition is tough out here but my goal is to provide a complete salon experience for your dog, which includes teeth cleaning, nail trim, anal gland, full air cut and brush and I come to your door so your dog is not waiting in the cage. The grooming starts the minute I get there. It is less stressful on your dog.”
