• Scott Montgomery Heberlein was charged on Jan. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Chloe Renee Jarvis was charged on Jan. 6 with offense involving stolen vehicle, three counts and conspiracy to offense involving stolen vehicle.

• Lisa Ann Lera was charged on Jan. 6 with offense involving stolen vehicle, three counts and conspiracy to offense involving stolen vehicle.

• Jessika Elinda Burke was charged on Jan. 10 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.

• Trenton R. Small was charged on Jan. 10 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense.

• Katelynne Nicole Davenport was charged on Jan. 10 with petit larceny, obstructing a public officer and burglary.

• Francis Lucky Ponali, Jr. was charged on Jan. 10 with second degree kidnapping and false imprisonment.

• Davin James Obarr was charged on Jan. 10 with opening or maintaining of place for unlawful sale, gift or use of controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act and unlawful use of a controlled substance.
