• Amy Lynn Grubbs was charged on Feb. 21 with theft; obstructing a public officer; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Robert Allen Farr was charged on Feb. 21 with assault with a deadly weapon; driving under the influence of alcohol; and possession of a firearm when under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or other intoxicating substance.

Pinkbox opening in Pahrump Nugget

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.

Impact fees rising for new development in Pahrump
