• Gary J. Miller was charged on April 23 with failure to obtain license from state fire marshal, two counts.

• Ricky Thomas Garza was charged on April 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain travel lane and certain unlawful acts.

• Gerald Howard Collins was charged on April 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license.

• Larry R. Dial was charged on April 30 with violation of temporary or extended domestic violence protective order.

• Matrix Lee Walker was charged on May 2 with using tech to lure a child.

• Rebecca Sheree Suttles was charged on May 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; basic speed; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; operating motor vehicle without registration or plate; security for payment of tort liabilities required; possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful use of a controlled substance.
