• Dominique Chantel Colon was charged on July 31 with unlawful use of a controlled substance.

• Lisa Elizabeth Johnstone was charged on July 31 with obtaining money under false pretenses and petit larceny.

• Ricky Benjamin Richardson Jr., was charged on July 31 with assault with a deadly weapon and ex-felon in possession of firearm(s).

• Truman Jay Davis was charged on Aug. 1 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance.

• Susan Stutts was charged on Aug. 1 with grand larceny.

• Sandra Tippets was charged on Aug. 1 with basic speed.

• Laurence Robert Chute was charged on Aug. 1 with offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to schedule I or II controlled substance, first offense, two counts; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedules I and II); and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act.
