• Timothy Joseph Chezik was charged on Feb. 9 with trafficking in schedule I controlled substances; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedule I or II); and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, all felonies.

• James Ryan Thalgott was charged on Feb. 9 with trafficking in schedule I controlled substances; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (schedule I or II); and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, all felonies.

• Ezekeil Earl Derr was charged on Feb. 9 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; conspiracy to commit petit larceny, a gross misdemeanor; petty larceny, injury to property, offense involving stolen property and resisting public officer, all misdemeanors.

• Dillon Derr was charged on Feb. 5 with conspiracy to commit petit larceny, a gross misdemeanor; petit larceny and offense involving stolen property, both misdemeanors.

• Westlee Dale Tom was charged on Jan. 30 with battery, a misdemeanor.

• Leroy David Potter was charged on Jan. 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

• Andre Lamar Longmire, Jr., was charged on Feb. 2 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• William Kenneth Hula Jr., was charged on Feb. 4 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• William Kenneth Hula Jr., was charged on Feb. 5 with stop required on signal of peace officer; use of equipment for lighting road with multiple beams; reckless driving; and driving without a valid license, all misdemeanors.

• Jeffrey W. Ritchey was charged on Feb. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; and having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle, both misdemeanors.

• David Leland England was charged on Feb. 4 with having open container of alcoholic beverage within passenger area of motor vehicle while on highway; drinking alcoholic beverage while driving motor vehicle and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.

• Mark Elmer Schoentag was charged on Feb. 10 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, following too closely, and duty of driver to decrease speed under certain circumstances, all misdemeanors.

• James Max Jones was charged on Feb. 11 with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle and injury to other property, both misdemeanors.

• Chas Mackenzie Martin was charged on Feb. 11 with assault, two counts; battery, two counts; and harassment, two counts, all misdemeanors.

• Miguel Anjel Meza was charged on Feb. 11 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

• Dawn Marie Bennett was charged on Feb. 11 with throwing deadly missile(s) and battery, both misdemeanors.

• Anna Louise Goetz was charged on Feb. 11 with throwing deadly missile(s) and battery, both misdemeanors.
