• Alfred Christopher Gonzales was charged on Sept. 11 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Harry Wilson Brooks was charged on Sept. 14 with battery by a prisoner, two counts; unlawful acts related to human excrement or bodily fluid; resisting public officer with use of a firearm; habitual criminal, all felonies and injuring or destroying property in the charge of an officer, a gross misdemeanor.

• Racine Marie Owen was charged on Sept. 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and resisting a public officer, a misdemeanor.

• Kenneth Antonio Phillips was charged on Sept. 22 with battery by a prisoner, a felony.

• Joel Antonio Lucas was charged on Sept. 22 with statutory sexual seduction, a felony.

• Sheila Beavers was charged on Sept. 22 with child abuse and neglect, two counts, a felony; and battery, a misdemeanor.

• Dylan Michael Condors-Little was charged on Sept. 28 with burglary, a felony.

• Gregory Walter Maines was charged on Sept. 11 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; tail lamps required; movement and signals for turning; signal for stopping or decreasing speed; driving while license cancelled, revoked, or suspended, all misdemeanors.

• Ryan Earl Trone was charged on Sept. 11 with burglary, a felony; resisting public officer and obstructing a public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Thomas Joseph Kelley was charged on Sept. 21 with violation of temporary harassment/stalking protective order, a misdemeanor.

• Shawn Michael Kelley was charged on Sept. 21 with domestic battery and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

• Gary Wayne Grace was charged on Sept. 21 with domestic battery; injury to other property, both misdemeanors.

• Kurt Pineau was charged on Sept. 24 with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Pinkbox opening in Pahrump Nugget

Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis told the Pahrump Valley Times that crews were dispatched to a report of a serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sandpebble Street and Kellogg Road on the south end of the valley at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
