• Michael Anthony Parish was charged on Sept. 29 with theft, a felony.

• Ryan Shane Wagner was charged on Sept. 29 with burglary, a felony; theft, and obtaining money under false pretenses, both misdemeanors.

• Susan Rachelle Shaefer was charged on Sept. 29 with obtaining money under false pretenses, a misdemeanor.

• Jeffrey Dean Vanwinkle was charged on Sept. 29 with duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Ainsworth was charged on Sept. 29 with unlawful deposit garbage or rubbish, a misdemeanor.

• Carolyn Hock was charged on Sept. 30 with possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; and unlawful operation of bicycle on roadway, all misdemeanors.
